The BF Diaries: Snipers are a bunch of pussies.

Seems to me that whenever a sniper can’t get off 16 consecutive headshots in a row for some montage he wants to make to impress his 13 year old boyfriends with he cries FOWL, blames the game mechanics and takes to the forums to whine that something needs to be “fixed.” Translation; “please make the game easier for me because despite my youth and cat like reflexes I still suck.”

In THIS video, a sniper asks Matimi0 if DICE should factor in console or PC when thinking of tweaks and goes on to cite that it is much easier to snipe on PC with a keyboard and mouse than it is on a console with a controller. Translation; “please make the game easier for me because despite my youth and cat like reflexes I still suck.” Seriously, snipers whine more than the entire conservative base did after a black guy got into the White House. And that’s quite a feat.

What is it about the Recon class that attracts such whiny f—ing cry babies?

I recently started leveling my Recon class in an effort to get the MAV so I can take out other MAVs with it. I’m simply f—ing tired of wasting all my f—ing ammo shooting down toy f—ing helicopters. If they do not BALANCE the MAV roadkill ability I will not be buying any DLC for this game.

Sniping isn’t my thing. I put any type of scope on a gun, whether it be ACOG or high powered and I can’t aim fast enough to hit the broad side of a barn. It has to be Red Dots or Iron Sites for me. I recently unlocked the PP-19 (an amazing gun) and so I slapped this and a motion sensor on my Recon guy and have had fairly good luck with this set up on maps like Operation Metro and Grand Bazaar. Maps where I can keep the confrontation to close quarters. The problem comes on larger maps where a gun with less than medium range is a death sentence in most cases.

Did I take to EA’s message boards and tell them their game was broken because I suck with scopes on my guns? Did I tell them to nerf Assault rifles because I want to play the Recon class and all I can effectively use is the PP-19?

No, I equipped the SKS sans scope and my newly acquired SOFLAM and headed out to Kharg Island for a round of conquest. I took my SOFLAM to the top of the building near the C flag and went down a level to mess around with it (didn’t do much good because no one was communicating.) I saw that someone was taking the C flag and so I crawled to that side of the building, spotted him and took him out with the SKS. Then I noticed a lens flare to my right and saw there were two tangos on top of the huge warehouse. I was able to take one of them out before the other one zeroed in on me.

See, no whining and whinging to developers to make the game easier, I’m simply learning to play the Recon class in my own way.
